My evening at The Pocket began with the La Mandarina cocktail featuring 400 Conejos Mezcal, Aperol, honey syrup, tangerine puree, lime, and black pepper dust. It presented a harmonious blend of smoky mezcal, citrusy tangerine, and a subtle interplay of sweet and peppery notes, offering a uniquely tantalizing flavor experience.<\/p>\n

For the next course, I savored the beet salad. It was beautifully presented and featured roasted golden beets, shaved candy stripe beets, pepita pesto, goat cheese yogurt, and a drizzle of pomegranate and orange glaze. This creation united earthy sweetness, vibrant crunch, nutty richness, and creamy tanginess for a truly satisfying culinary experience.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the main course, the pan seared scallops delivered a delicate sweetness, perfectly paired with the creamy richness of carbonara arancini. My taste buds were delighted by the luxurious silkiness of fava bean coulis and the daring, fiery burst of nduja butter.<\/p>\n
